Hunan Upass New Material Technology Co.,Ltd., is a high-tech enterprise which settled in Shigaitang Electronic Information and New Material Industrial Park (Phase I) of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone (Chenzhou EDZ) in October 2019. The company was put into operation in April 2020, and involves in producing polymer waterproof film and photoelectric functional film materials.
Recently, the power supply problem affected directly the normal operation of the company. After knowing this situation, relevant heads of Chenzhou EDZ actively coordinated with power supply enterprises to ensure the constant power supply for the company’s production.
What’s more, the construction of the 110-KV substation is being accelerated in Aoshang Town, Suxian District to fully improve the power supply capacity and quality of Shigaitang Industrial Park.
Since 2021, cadres of Chenzhou EDZ have been organized to collect and solve difficult problems of enterprises, as well as suggestions on fully optimizing the business environment. More than 120 difficult problems have been solved.
What’s more, cadres were arranged to serve key projects and help enterprises solve difficulties. For example, at the beginning of this year, it helped Mingketai build a 10,000-square-meter plant within 30 days, attracting additional investment from the project party. And a new production line was introduced into Chenzhou, which will achieve the output value of about 200 million yuan.
It also actively strengthened the cooperation among government, bank and enterprises, built financing channels between financial institutions and enterprises to provide financial support for the smooth progress of key projects.
Since 2021, it has successfully applied for 710 million yuan of special bonds and raised 460 million yuan for enterprises through coordination with financial institutions.
A good environment will boost the rapid development of the economy. Chenzhou EDZ has also increased efforts to optimize government services while solving the practical difficulties of enterprises, so as to boost the high-quality development of Chenzhou.
A series of measures have been taken to establish a cordial and clean relationship between government and business. And 6 corporate personnel were recommended to evaluate the business environment optimization and expand the sources of clues about business environment.
